Who Am I?

Patricia Reed is a coach at The Next Best Step. She was a leader in the B2B tech services sector for over two decades in across Europe and Asia with Cisco, Microsoft, and numerous start-ups, building businesses from scratch, leading teams, and transforming businesses and leaders. Patricia has Board, VP, and First Key Commercial Hire for APAC level experience, and is a coach, board member, and advisor.

Patricia has raised private pre-seed capital for startups and a board director, advisor, and angel investor for multiple companies. She has been recognized for her strategy and sustainable investment activities, with a profile in NUS MBA Alumni magazine and a video profile in MBA Grad Schools.

Patricia is an empathetic, strategic, and hands-on coach and advisor with exceptional transformation and communication skills. She is passionate about the power of stories and metaphors in business, and her background in leadership, sales, and startup industry makes her an ideal coach, confidante, and partner.

Patricia is a certified coach trained with CTI. The Co-Active Training Institute is widely recognized as the industry’s most rigorous coach training & certification program. Accredited with the International Coach Federation, CTI’s training program has been called the gold standard of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the Co-Active Model to evidence based scientific research about its effectiveness.

Patricia is a Permanent Resident of Singapore where she has lived since 2006. She has two adult children and a delightful toy poodle named Poppy. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and raised a Texan. She has lived in Oslo, Paris, Brussels, and one edifying year in Goma, DR Congo.
